When I Find Time

Do you ever hear yourself say “I’ve got to find time to do some marketing this week?”
And then the week comes and goes and you didn’t find one second to work on it?
You need to look at marketing the same as you do the rest of your business.
What would happen if you didn’t find time to place your food order?
What would happen if you didn’t find time to do inventory?
What would happen if you didn’t find time to schedule your staff?
Your business would most likely fail.
Hmmm…. See a pattern here?
How do the successful restaurant managers find time?
They schedule it with themselves each week. And just like an appointment that
they would make with an important business associate – they keep it.
More guests will make everything about running your business easier.
It’s time to go find them.
